  • JavaScript Unit Leader at Softeq Mexico

    Feb/2022 - Nov/2024

    • Served as Mexico’s JavaScript unit leader, overseeing a team of 12 developers in full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript. Recognized with an Honorific Mention at Lenovo's CWS Hackathon 2022, conducted audits on consulting services, led staff requests, and conducted technical interviews for new candidates, while working closely with clients on key projects.
